Membership Term:
- If paying online, member will be billed every 12 months unless subscription is cancelled or specified otherwise while signing up. This does not apply for cash or check payments.
- Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase
- No refunds can be issued once payment is approved
- The minimum contract duration is 12 months
Membership Cards:
- Member may begin to enjoy membership benefits before card arrives in the mail by printing out Paypal receipt and presenting it at the point of sale with valid ID
-If you pay online, a new membership card will be mailed to you every 12 months unless you cancel your membership subscription
- Member is responsible for informing LESHP of address change
- Membership benefits and membership cards are nontransferable
- Memberships that include two individuals will receive two membership cards one for each adult named on the membership
- Children do not receive membership cards and must be accompanied by an adult
- One lost, mishandled, or stolen membership card can be replaced per year at no cost to the member. Subsequent replacements will require a $3 fee to cover shipping & handling
Tours:
- If eligible for a free tour, Member must RSVP at least 6 (six) hours before tour time by emailing or calling
- Be aware that in rare cases, tours may be canceled without notice due to weather, emergencies, or even low turn out; guides are instructed not to guide a free tour if no other guests attend
- It is ultimately the tour guide's discretion to cancel a tour or not honor a free tour, in which case a report will be filed and LESHP will review and record the matter
Merchant/3rd Party discounts:
- Merchant has the right to ask for official photo identification (drivers license, passport)
- Some conditions may apply for each merchant. We will do our best to keep the conditions up to date on this site and via email, but LESHP is not responsible for merchant discretion
- In rare cases, merchants have the right to refuse service or honor discounts for any reason
- If you are refused by a merchant, you may contact us and we will review the matter
Membership Upgrades/Downgrades:
- Contact us to arrange membership upgrades
- LESHP can not downgrade a membership once payment is approved
Student/Seniors:
- Students must be 21 and under with valid student ID at point of sale to be eligible for benefits
- Seniors must be 60 years old or older
